Rock ‘n’ Horse Saloon is Officially Open for Business

January 23rd, 2014     Posted By

Remember back in December when we announced the grand opening of two new country bars to Toronto’s entertainment scene? Well, the Rock ‘n’ Horse Saloon and the Boots & Bourbon Saloon have officially opened for business folks!

The brand new Rock ‘n’ Horse Saloon has claimed the space where the London Tap House once stood at 250 Adelaide Street West. The space has been completely renovated with country-styled aesthetics, including barstools crafted from horse saddles, swinging saloon doors and an all-around laid back country vibe that Torontonians are really digging. Oh yeah, did we mention there is also a mechanical bull? Ah-mazing.

Head there on any Friday and Saturday night after 10pm and you’ll be faced with a long line down the side of the building. We recommend arriving early for food and drinks to ensure you get in and beat the line at the door!

Have you been to Rock ‘n’ Horse as of yet? Let us know what you thought about the new venue in the comments below!

I just wanted to say that they have a fantastic staff. Everyone is super friendly and not pretentious in the least. It’s a great break from the Standard “Downtown Core” vibe. Great music and the patio (one of the best kept secrets in Toronto) will be something I look forward to in the spring.

Great bar, awesome vibe and music……BEAUTIFUL girls. But a $14 cover charge on Sat, just to go and basically pay $10 after tip for a Coors tallboy (Bartender Sara at the satellite bar conveniently only gives back twoonies)……….I’m over it. I understand that its rammed all the time, and they can basically charge what they want, and people will pay it, but I won’t be doing it again until they lower that cover charge, or make the guestlist bigger!
