Toronto is no stranger to being the first (or the best) at many things. This summer, Toronto will host their annual Summer Of Sounds Festival, the first of its kind in Canada. We have all heard of Toronto’s big name music festivals such as OVO Fest, VELD and Wayhome, but Summer Of Sounds Festival is the first ever to cater to the Soca and Reggae music loving crowd!
Event organizers from Summer of Sound Festivals Inc. saw the gap in Toronto’s music festival industry and with a combined 30 years of nightlife and event production experience, and they knew exactly what to do. This years festival will bring in the top artists in the Caribbean music industry. They hosted a similar festival last year and even due to the horrible rain fall, still brought out over 6 thousand attendees!
The festival promises to be an outdoor musical and cultural experience, expanding over 2 days on June 4th and 5th 2016. The festival organizers have added a second day to SOS Fest (Summer of Soca Festival) and have added SOR Fest (Summer of Reggae Festival)! The festival will be hosted at Wild Water Kingdom, 7855 Finch Ave W, in Brampton, Ontario. The 2 day festival has only improved their organization, execution and production and cannot wait to share the experience with guests.
